Performing
a Download onto Floppy Disks
When should I download an installation
program to floppy diskettes?
Download files to diskette when you
be downloading a program that will
be installed on a different computer
than the one you are on now.
What is different about floppy
diskette downloads?
Floppy disk downloads on this site
consist of groups of individual
files (small enough to fit onto
1.44MB floppy diskettes)
that can be
used to perform an installation
of a program. Downloading files
to diskette is useful when you be
downloading and installation that
will be installed on another computer.
If you do not download all files
in a download group, then the installation
program will NOT work.
Note: It is recommended that
you print out these instructions
or save them on your computer.
