Maintenance

The Maintenance section of The Uniform Solution provides access to setup parameters for each computer, the store, the overall system, users, payment methods, shipping options, and the monthly maintenance procedure.

•	Setup store salespersons and assign security level access to each activity within the program on an individual basis.
•	Setup the stores in the system and the default parameters for each.
•	Customize printers and hardware settings for each computer in your system.
•	Customize invoice and account statement messages.
•	Perform the monthly process for automatic clean up of old data.
•	Use the Physical Inventory Screen to quickly and accurately take a physical count of the store's merchandise by scanning all items on the floor.
•	Use the Vendor Catalog to quickly load a vendor's product line. Also use the catalog to quickly update changed inventory information such as prices, style additions and discontinued merchandise.
