WebStore
With just
a few clicks of the mouse, you
can create a WebStore to
list or sell the products you
have in your Inventory List
over the internet. All of
the WebStore set up and configuration
is done by selecting Setup
> WebStore.
Creating a professional WebStore
that is easy to maintain has
never been easier. Just select
the brands and departments
to include, select a professionally
designed graphic as the website
header (or pick your own),
make a few other setting selections,
and your WebStore is up and
running. Want to see what
the WebStore looks like in
a Browser, just select the
WebStore button on the Application
Toolbar.
The integrated WebStore using
our proprietary Web Server
technology makes it simple
to create and maintain an
on-line presence for your
retail operation. With a WebStore,
your customers will be able
to view your available inventory,
shop on-line anytime of the
day, review their purchase
history, re-print invoices,
check order status, and much
more. Employees can log into
the WebStore and run selected
reports, check out sales activity,
and much more. For more information,

system.
The WebStore Web Server technology
is truly a break-through technology
for the independent retailer.
It enables a seamless operation
between this program and the
WebStore and provides features
and capabilities only the
largest retailers enjoy.
To
get started, all you need to
do is select Setup > WebStore.
The WebStore Configuration
Form helps you get your WebStore
defined and up in running
in just a few minutes. Once
you have the WebStore working,
review the on-line Help section
on Deploying the WebStore
to the Internet.

Email
and PDF Features
The new PDF and Email features
available in the 2007 version
of The Uniform Solution will
now allow you to convert anything
that is printed from the program
straight to a PDF file, and
email it at the same time. This
means you can email account
statements, or just send a customer
a copy of an invoice or special
order via email. Custom emails
can also be created, and you
can attach your own files to
them if you wish. You may also
choose to simply save reports
as PDF files for your own records.

to see the vendor's current
stock level for items on the
Inventory List, in Purchase
Order Entry, and for special
order items in Sales Entry.

and instantly know whether
or not the vendor has it in
stock, is low on stock, or

Catalog
Utility
The Catalog Utility is a spectacular
new feature used to add new
items to your inventory and
to synchronize your inventory
with the vendor catalog. The
Catalog Utility is a wizard
that automatically begins after
new vendor lines are downloaded.

Work
Order Entry
Work Order entry has become
much easier with the fully customizable
Work Order Entry forms. Now
instead of entering notes for
items with work order details
(like monogramming), you can
select one of the unlimited
number of customizable work
order forms for an item and
require it to be completed.

Direct
EDI for Purchase Orders
Direct
EDI allows you to electronically
send purchase orders to vendors
over the internet. The vendors
currently participating are
Cherokee, Crest, Landau, and
White Swan. Look for Peaches
to be available in 2006.
Advance Ship Notices
Advance Ship Notices for Landau
makes it possible to quickly
receive their shipments by scanning
the barcode on their shipping
label.
Note: the Direct EDI
and Advance Ship Notice features
require a current software subscription.

Time
Clock Feature
There
is now a time clock feature
that can be used to track employee
work time.
Employees may clock in and out
just by entering their name
and password. Administrators
may manage the Time Clock List
and enter vacation or sick time
for employees. A Time Clock
Detail Report and a Time Clock
Summary Report can be run for
payroll purposes.

XCharge Credit, Debit, and
Gift Card Processing
The
Uniform Solution interfaces
with XCharge credit card processing
software to allow you to easily
take credit and debit cards
from your customers. And with
a Verifone 1000SE pinpad,
you can even accept ATM or
Debit cards that require a
PIN number. You can also use
X-Charge to accept and issue
Gift Cards to your customers..
