Technical support by phone for The Uniform Solution is available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm central standard time. Technical Support is not available on weekends or standard national holidays.

New System Purchases

The first 180 minutes of support are provided free of charge after you purchase The Uniform Solution. This free support is good up to 5 years from date of purchase or until you have used all of the support time.

Program  and catalog updates to The Uniform Solution will be provided free of charge during the first 180 days after purchasing the program.

Technical Support Representatives are Unavailable

If you call PDS and all technical support representatives are busy or unavailable, please leave a message with your store name and phone number to avoid holding on the line for an extended period of time - a technical support representative will return your call as quickly as possible.

Technical Support Cost

In order to receive technical support, you must purchase technical support time once your free technical support has expired or been used. Technical support is sold in 1-hour blocks at a cost of $85 for a single hour, or $75 per hour when multiple hours are purchased. Support time purchases are valid for up to 5 years. Each technical support call will be billed a minimum of 5 minutes per call.
