Technical
Support Cost
|
In order to receive
technical support, you must
purchase technical support
time once your free
technical support has expired
or been used. Technical
support is sold in 1-hour
blocks at a cost of $85 for
a single hour, or $75
per hour when multiple
hours are purchased.
Support time purchases are
valid for up to 5 years. Each
technical support call
will be billed a minimum
of 5 minutes per call.
