The
Uniform Solution's Software
Subscription entitles
the licensed company to
use the latest public
release of The Uniform
Solution and the ability
to use the following features
during the subscription
period: Direct EDI, Advance
Ship Notices, email, vendor
image lookup, vendor stock
status reporting, updates
to the Catalog List, and
automatic vendor image
retrieval. The Uniform
Solution WebStore also
requires a current Software
Subscription. Additional
fees apply if you wish
to enable advanced features
in the WebStore like Shopping
Cart functionality.
Software updates can be
easily
downloaded from the internet
by selecting Maintenance >
Updates > Check
for Program Updates.
Catalog Updates can
be easily downloaded from
the internet by selecting
Lists > Catalog >
Updates. Software Updates
are also posted on our
web site at www.theuniformsolution.com
when they become available.
If you provide us with
your email address, you
will receive an email
notifying you of new updates.
Catalog Updates are no
longer posted on our website.
Customers with multiple
location licenses must
purchase a Software Subscription
for each location. After
buying the first Software
Subscription for the main
location at the regular
price, each additional
Software Subscription
will be discounted from
the full subscription
price.
Subscriptions bought anytime
during the year cost the
full amount of the subscription
regardless of when purchased.
Customers that did not
have a subscription on
the final day of the prior
year, must add $100 for
each prior year to the
cost of the subscription.
Customers that are renewing
their Software Subscription
after their initial software
purchase will pay a pro-rated
amount for continuing
their subscription through
the end of the year.
