No lights on the Epson printer

1. Make sure the printer is turned on.
2. Check and make sure the power cord is connected.
3. Check the connection to the power outlet in the wall.
4. If you are using a surge protector check to make sure it's turned on and plugged into the power outlet in the wall.
5. Check for any damaged cables.
6. After you have checked all the connections and cables and if the printer still has a red light, refer to the manual that came with your printer or call Premier Data Systems.
