Data Conversion
Notes
If you are updating your
version of X-Charge to the newest version, you
should be aware that the X-Charge transaction
data conversion, might take several hours to
complete, depending on the amount of transaction
data. For this reason, it is recommended
that this upgrade be installed after normal
operating hours.
Do NOT
interrupt the upgrade. Interrupting the
upgrade may cause corruption in the X-Charge
database. If the upgrade/conversion is
interrupted, please go to X-Charge Server >
File > Utilities, Convert transaction files
to v6 to re-start the process.
