Double-click on the X-Charge
icon to open the program. Click on
File
> X-Charge
Server

When the screen opens click
on the Setup
button. |

Click on the
Receipts tab to
bring to the forefront. Select your
printer, in the Receipt Copies field enter
a 2 and enter your company
information in the appropriate fields. It
is not necessary to enter any information in
the Policy Line fields. |

Click on the
Printing tab to bring to the
forefront and change only the
line feed to 3.
Click Save and Exit. You will return to
the Credit Card Purchase screen. |

Next you will need to set
your transaction
folder. Click on
File
> X-Charge
Server |

When the screen opens,
click on the Setup
button. |

To set the transaction folder,
click on the button at the end of the
transaction field (hint
: the button has 3
little dots on it). |

The Browse for Folder screen
appears. Click on the plus sign to open
the Local Disk (C:) then scroll down until you
find the USW folder. Click on the plus
sign to open the USW folder then click on
the xcharge
folder to highlight click OK. You will
return to the previous
screen. |

The transaction
folder will read
c:\USW\xcharge. |

If you are going to require
your customer's to provide you with a Zip Code
or the CVV2 security number, you will need to
configure these options. Click on
Credit Cards
on the left side of the screen.
Select the options that you are going to require
click Save (save will become available after you have
made your selections) and Exit. |

You will return to
the Credit Card Purchase screen. You are
finished with the configurations for
X-Charge. Close the
program. |
