My tag printer is printing out blank label/tags and/or skipping labels/tags. 

Try running a Media AutoSense procedure.

1. Turn the printer Off.  The on/off button is located on the back right-hand corner of the printer.  See diagram below for location of the on/off switch.
2. Press and hold down the green feed button, and while holding down the green feed button, turn on the printer.  When the status light blinks, release the feed button.
3. The printer will advance the media to measure and verify the length of the individual labels or tags.  The printer will print a status summary label and remains in diagnostic dump mode.
4. Press and release the green feed button to exit (diagnostic) "Dump" mode and a label/tag will print "out of DUMP".  See diagram below for a status label/tag.
5. Test the printer by adding some labels/tags to the print queue in The Uniform Solution program.
6. If the status light remains amber or red or the status label/tag doesn't print, refer to the manual that came with the printer or call Premier Data Systems.
