Technical Support is not available on weekends or holidays.
If more than 2 hours of technical support are requested in a month, pricing for additional support is below.
Desktop Server Migrations are subject to the Support charges below based on the length of time to complete.
1 Hour Technical Support $150
2 Hours Technical Support $250
All Technical support is billed in 5-minute increments and is valid for five years.
